Welcome back to all students and staff!  We have an exciting new school year ahead with lots of fantastic technology lessons planned!  Please make sure to return your child's Internet Acceptable Use Policy Permission Slip , so that they have your permission to access the school/district network as well as educational web resources in multiple classrooms.  We encourage students to utilize the Daley Interactive Hotlist of Academic Web Resources for learning at http://www.kn.att.com/wired/fil/pages/listenglishbr.html .  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to contact the school for further information.

Internet Safety!

In November your child will be attending my annual Internet Safety talk that will encourage safe use of Internet resources both inside and outside the school setting.  Please encourage your child to practice Internet Safety at home!

Internet Safety & Cyberbully Talk November

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Students will be attending an Internet safety/cyberbully talk in November this school year by grade level covering issues related to Internet safety and cyberbullying.  Presentations will be given that are provided from Netsmartz.org in cooperation with The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.  There will also be materials sent home with your child for you to be become better acquainted with social networking sites and cyberbully prevention as it relates to your child/children.  For more further information, please go to http://www.netsmartz.org/Parents or contact me at bfauvel@lowell.k12.ma.us .
